Rental Agreement

1. A 40%  non-refundable booking deposit is required on all orders. Visa, MasterCard or American Express  number required as security on all orders.
2. READ your rental agreement/invoice carefully, check that the dates and times of set-up and teardown are correct. Be sure to read the conditions on the back of the agreement, and call us if you have any questions.
3. Make sure the delivery driver has clear access to parking area, loading dock, driveway etc.
4. Arrange to have someone meet the delivery crew, to instruct them on where the equipment goes, sign for the items delivered.
5. Have your payment ready to pay the delivery driver. Our drivers accept cash or cheques. If you wish to pay by VISA , MasterCard or American Express, simply notify our office prior to delivery and the driver will bring the appropriate slip.
6. Quoted prices are based on delivery to an accessible location. Additional charges apply for delivering upstairs and manually transporting equipment (based on distance). Our drivers are on a schedule, and will be happy to accommodate you with a difficult access delivery, PROVIDED you make arrangements with our office in advance.
7. All items signed for upon delivery, should be stacked and ready for pickup on the date and time shown on your rental agreement. Additional charges will apply for return trips, missing items and damaged rental items.
8. A 15% Drill and Fee will apply for all asphalt, concrete and stone tent set-ups! The holes will be filled upon teardown of tent.
9. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE!
10. Before we deliver any rental items you must have a minimum order of $ 150.00 and if the amount is lower than the $ 150.00 you must pick-up rental items or a additional delivery fee will apply.
11. All prices listed on our web site is for set-up ONLY in the Windsor area. If your event is out of that district a additional travel fee will apply.
12. If you require a special drop off or pick up time a additional fee could apply.
13. Special Events and Tents is NOT responsible for locates (hydro, gas, telephone or any other underground wiring) If you require locates please contact www.on1call.com to arrange locates. If no locates are done by client and underground wiring is hit by our large steel stakes Special Events and Tents is NOT responsible for ANY repairs or damages!

Used Inventory

We are constantly expanding our inventory with new product. So to make room we sell off our used inventory at bargain prices. For our tent division (Special Events and Tents) our tent sizes start at 10' x 10' and all sizes in between and go up to a 60' x 110'. Some of the tents used have been used 1 or 2 seasons at the most. All the tents are in good condition and most of them are ("B" grade, no holes, patches or tears.) The prices are excellent and all tents include the side poles, stakes, and rope. Tent walls are extra (designer window or solid) and are sold separately. We also have chairs, tables (all sizes) and accessories. For our Audio and Lighting Division (Affordable Sound Systems/Frank's DJ Services) we sell a big amount of our used sound and lighting such as: mixers (sound boards and DJ Mixers), powered amplifiers cd players (dual or single), speakers (large and small), microphones and all accessories. We have a huge stock of Karaoke CDG discs and Karaoke machines all at disount prices. Products we carry are: American DJ, Behringer, Bogen, Crest, Crown, Denon, Electro-Voice, Gemini, JBL, NSI, Numark, QSC, Shure and much much more.
